[Clothing] PIGALLE Fall/Winter "New Eve" Collection

Check out the upcoming collection for PIGALLE's "New Eve!"
Pigalle‘s Stephane Ashpool-designed collection for Fall/Winter 2012 was an ode to a bygone era. It wasn’t the hyper-masculine 1960s of Don Draper or rustic turn-of-the century Americana however; the Parisian label drew instead from the Jazz Age of Gatsby with a European flair that suggested “An American in Paris.” It was an age of “intense virility, elegance and a nonchalantly assumed femininity,” according to Pigalle, and this was displayed with a procession of flamboyant, bohemian clothing in the sultry atmosphere of a speakeasy. The collection was showcased in acts, a succession of seductive evening colors and sumptuous fabrication — from velvet to hare felt, everything was about touch and sensuality. Of note, a medley of louche, luxurious tailored clothing and — like a nod to the brand’s popularity on the streets — the repeated appearance of Coogi-type sweaters that would make Biggie proud. Watch the innovative show above and look for Pigalle’s “New Eve” collection to hit stockists soon.

[Video] Mac Miller Preforms New Song In Santa Barbara

Mac Miller hit the stage in Santa Barbara for "The Macadelic Tour." He debuted a song produced by Diplo, that sounds very dope. Look for this to appear on his upcoming album that will release sometime next year. But be on the lookout for his "Pink Slime" EP with Pharrell is coming soon.

[Video] KIDULT "Visual Dictatorship"

In his latest video Kidult delivers a powerful reminder touching on the current state of corporatism merging with the worlds of fashion and graffiti. Putting his work in context by juxtaposing himself against names including including Christian Louboutin and Marc Jacobs, the Paris-born graffiti sprayer effectively presents a commentary on high fashion’s bastardized use of the street art form. Divulging additional footage of his tags on numerous commercial storefronts, the video also follows Kidult Army crews through Hong Kong, Paris and New York accompanied by dialogue throughout.
